Schedule Your Vision Consultation

The Curated Session: 30 minutes ($25.00)

Best for Intimate celebrations (2-8 guests). This focused session is designed to lock in your color palette, select your styling theme, and confirm essential logistics for standard packages.

The Master Production Session: 60 Minutes ($50.00)

Best for large -scale milestones, multi-zone productions, and 

corporate events (10 to 35+ guests).

A proposal will be sent to you along with the contract, a 50 % 

Non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of the event on the calendar. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before the event.

A date is not reserved until the deposit is paid and the contract

is signed.

All picnic package prices are before the service fees which include the delivery, setup, and clean up, we offer white glove service for all picnics.  The delivery fee is based on our base location in Suwanee, Ga.

​

Any events of 2-4 people that are with-in 24hrs to7 days of an event date will incur a 20% rush fee and full payment is required. Large party events that are with-in 30 days or less of event will incur a large party fee along with the rush fee.

A refundable damage deposit is added to all contracts based on items being used for the service.

​

Items used for picnics are Fine China, Crystal and Depression glassware, which are irreplaceable and a part of our Heritage Collection. (Package prices will not be adjusted for substitutions or removal of items)

 Hard plastic products are only used for children's picnics.

Cancellation Policy

Vendor may offer to reschedule a picnic at their 

discretion based on inclement weather and/or inability to

access a secondary venue. If weather forces picnic to 

become impossible, at contracted time, vendor may 

postpone the picnic. Every attempt will be made to reschedule

the picnic at the convenience of both parties.

Picnics may be rescheduled up to 2 months from original

contracted date.

 

Refunds for postponed/rescheduled 

picnics will not be given.
